Dear Janet

Again, you know what it is with the name change. Okay so

in West Virginia I do not have a lot of black friends. I was

happy to have met you in college. I thought we were

friends. Then there were times when I would hear people

tell me things that you have “said” but would never hear it

from you. You were fired from our work-study job and you

blamed me. You have slammed me all over campus. You

had people believing this hype and I was pissed. I was

ready to beat people down to the ground, especially that

thing that had the nerve to ask me how I could call myself a

friend. First of all, I am and have always been a friend. You

were a user of people.

After all of that was squared away, we had a problem,

better yet you had a problem. So there was the trip with the

girls on a cruise. So it was told to me by your friend that

you didn’t invite me because I never have any money. So I never have any money but you’re steady asking me for

some. Oh yea, I could just cash a check and tell you I don’t

have any. Yes I do. I’m not one of your men that you give

your kitty up to just to get bills paid. So anyways your

friend tells me that this girl’s trip turned into a hoe trip for

you.

Naturally!

When you returned what did you do? Go ahead, tell the

people, ask this girl for money.

After you left West Virginia you would call me with one

problem after another. You would posts photos of your

daughter on Facebook showing birthday parties and other

trips then have the nerve to ask me for $20.00 for her

medication. Child please! I never fell for it. You needed to

really stop asking me. Yes chick I know what you said

about me. If I never have money to go on a cruise, then

how am I to have money to support you? You always had negative things to say about me behind my

back. Some people wouldn’t come out to just tell me but

some would ask me, “How could someone like you be

friends with someone like her?” I always defended you and

took up for you. Ugh! I hate the fact that you are such a

user of people. You use everyone. You use men. You use

friends. I feel horrible for your kid. I learned quickly how

much of a user you are the last time I had a dealing with

you.

The last time I dealt with you, you were having difficulties

with the State. Because of my job you would call me. I

would listen to you cry and cry. I would listen to you talk,

yell, scream, cuss, and fuss. I would give you advice as best

as I could and just listen to you. I was there when other

things turned out messy. Once your difficulties with the

State came to an end, you had no more use for me. My calls

and text messages would get ignored and of course your difficulties were more than mine and you didn’t care to

hear about my troubles.
